The only charge/hold will be your refundable $200 security deposit due two days prior to your arrival date. This will be released back into your bank account granted there were no damages during your stay within 7 days of check out.

  • Pool Heating – we offer our guests pool heating services from October to April 15
  • Early Check in and Late Check outs available and based on availability
  • Early Check in and Late Check will not be available during high seasons please inquire.

Vacation rental properties "self-catering" accommodations. We provide complimentary starter soap, toilet paper, and trash bags. Once these items are used, it is the Guest’s responsibility to replenish them.

Yes, all linens and towels are provided, however, except for beach towels for the pool area. Please bring pool towels to avoid damage to our bath towels and being charged a damage fee.

Housekeeping service is available for an additional fee, price varies per size of home, number of bedrooms, etc. and is not included in the rental rate. You may request this service also known as a mid-stay cleaning. You will need to request at time of booking and also complete a mid-stay clean contract prior to hire.

You if you would like only the spa to be heated you will need to pay for the heating for the entire pool. Pool heat request should be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a call out charge during your stay. Pool heat pricing varies per size of pool and property. Pool heat will go up to 85 degrees max. Be advised that pool heaters are operated on a timer and set to come on in the morning and go off in the evenings. The pool temperature will drop. During winter/cold months pool heat can be a problem reaching its max temperature (no refunds will be given for pool heating due to cold weather 50 degrees f or less). Be advised that during the coldest nights temperatures may go down to 30 or 40 degrees.

When pool heating is chosen in this set-up, the pool and spa will be heated to a temperature around 80-84 degrees Fahrenheit. When the guest then turns on the spa mode, the system will automatically adjust the valves so that the water from the spa is returned back to the spa. This bypasses the pool, and so the spa will be heated so up to somewhere between 94 and 102 degrees Fahrenheit. If left in Spa mode, the pool will not be getting any heated water and so the pool will cool down.

No, pets are not allowed in any of our properties. If found in violation of this policy, you will be subject to a minimum $500 penalty fee. We have a strict no pets policy.

All vacation rentals listed on our site are fully equipped with everything you'll need, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, range, microwave and dishwasher. Including toasters, coffee makers, blenders, cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils.
